Your rate limit depends on your plan. We don’t limit requests per second; instead, limits are calculated per minute. The Unlimited Plan allows up to 600 requests per minute. Custom and advanced plans with higher limits and capacity are also available—see the Custom Plans page in your dashboard for details.

If you exceeds the allowed RPM for your plan, the system will enforce a 60-second cooldown during which no further requests will be accepted. After that cooldown period, new requests may resume (subject to rate limits again).

Credits are deducted only when a request returns a successful response. Once your balance reaches zero, new requests will no longer be accepted.

You can purchase additional credits anytime or enable Auto Top-Ups. With Auto Top-Ups, your account will automatically be recharged before your credits run out.

Yes. An active plan is required to access our suite of API products. Your credit balance determines how many requests you can make, but credits alone are not enough without an active plan.
